Jacob has a strong understanding of business processes and functions, which he utilizes to design strategy and set
targets for the projects’ growth. He also has excellent communication skills, which he uses to motivate others. Additionally,
his time as a member of the Erasmus student network gives him an understanding of the needs of young people who seek
educational and volunteering opportunities. Consequently, Jacob is an excellent general manager of our organization.
